This is a hot desk opportunity, meaning you’ll be stepping into an active market with real job flow from day one.

The Role

This role will ideally suit a 360 recruitment consultant who enjoys building relationships with clients and developing new business.

However, the company will also consider strong delivery-focused recruiters from relevant markets who want to grow into a more commercial role over time.

You will:

• Build relationships with enterprise technology clients across Australia
• Deliver recruitment projects within the enterprise software ecosystem
• Engage senior consultants, architects, developers and technology leaders
• Leverage an extensive internal database to accelerate placements

• Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts
• Work closely with a $1m billing Director to scale the desk

Ideal Background

• Recruitment consultant with 360 experience preferred
• Delivery-focused recruiters also considered if from relevant markets
• Experience within enterprise software, Microsoft ecosystem, ERP, CRM, cloud or technology recruitment highly advantageous
• Contract or permanent recruitment experience welcome
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ambitious individuals motivated by growth and earnings
