LucentR Digital Marketing LLP is a 6+ year-old digital marketing agency based in Guwahati. We’re a small but sharp team working with a surprisingly diverse set of clients — from startups and local businesses to large brands and global organizations.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visuals that make people stop scrolling.

You’ll work closely with marketers, copywriters, editors, and strategists to create creatives that don’t just look good — they perform well too.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys conceptual thinking, clean design, and fast-paced agency work.

• Designing social media creatives, ad creatives, and branding materials
• Turning copy and campaign ideas into compelling visuals
• Creating graphics, layouts, illustrations, and brand assets
• Collaborating with the marketing, content, and media teams
• Maintaining design consistency across brands and campaigns
• Brainstorming creative concepts with the team
• Following brand guidelines while still bringing fresh ideas
• Keeping up with design trends and digital content styles
• Delivering quality work while respecting deadlines (agency life 😄)

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design
• A portfolio that shows good taste, creativity, and clean design

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and colour
• Ability to translate advertisement copy into engaging visual creatives
• Comfortable collaborating with copywriters, editors, photographers, and marketers
• Strong attention to detail while still being efficient and deadline-friendly

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign

Knowing additional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, or Canva is a plus.

• Have worked in a digital marketing agency
