We’re currently working on a cooking-themed, semi-open world multiplayer game, built with care to offer players rich co-op gameplay and dynamic environments. Job Description:
As a Art Director, you will define and oversee the visual direction of our game, ensuring cohesion across characters, environments, props, UI, and VFX. You will lead a team of talented artists, mentor them, and maintain the quality and consistency of all visual elements while collaborating closely with design and production.
This is a hands-on leadership role: you will both guide the creative vision and contribute directly to art assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the overall art direction and visual style of the game.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of artists across 3D, 2D, VFX, UI, and environment art.
- Review and provide feedback on all art deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and technical teams to align visuals with gameplay and technical constraints.
- Participate in concept art, look development, and key asset creation where needed.
- Maintain and evolve the art pipeline, workflows, and standards.
- Represent the studio’s visual vision externally, including in pitches or showcases.

Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in game art leadership or as a senior artist in shipped games.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating art direction, style development, and team-led projects.
- Deep understanding of 3D and 2D pipelines, PBR materials, lighting, VFX, and UI/UX for games.
- Strong communication skills and experience mentoring artists.
- Ability to make decisions balancing creative vision with production realities.
- Comfortable leading remotely across international teams.
