QA Automation Engineer
Poland | Contract | Rates Negotiable | Fully Remote
I'm currently hiring for a QA Automation Engineer with strong experience testing modern digital platforms across web, mobile, and API services. This role will support the development and quality assurance of large-scale applications within a collaborative Agile environment.
What You’ll Be Working On:
- Design and execute functional and integration tests across web and mobile applications
- Build and maintain automated test frameworks for web and mobile platforms
- Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Test APIs and backend services to validate system behaviour and data integrity
- Support non-functional testing including performance, security, and accessibility
- Contribute to improving test strategies, automation coverage, and overall QA practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues quickly

What You Will Already Be Doing:
- Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and functional testing practices
- Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright (Web) or Espresso / XCUI (Mobile)
- Proficiency in a programming language such as JavaScript, Python, or Java
- Experience with integration or API testing tools such as Postman, Fitnesse, or Karate
- Experience testing web applications, mobile applications (Android / iOS), and APIs
- Understanding of non-functional testing, including performance, security, and accessibility
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional engineering teams
- Strong Git and source control practices, including branching and commit strategies
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams
