Are you passionate about cybersecurity operations, governance and coordination in global environments?

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Operations & Governance Specialist to join an international environment where you will play a key role supporting security operations, financial governance and log onboarding processes within Splunk ecosystems.

This role is perfect for a structured and analytical professional who enjoys coordinating complex workflows, working with global teams and ensuring visibility across cybersecurity initiatives.

🔐 What will you do?

• Manage the lifecycle of cybersecurity contracts, including renewals, amendments and vendor coordination.

• Monitor SLAs, KPIs and contractual commitments, identifying risks and ensuring compliance.

• Support budget tracking, financial governance and invoice validation for cybersecurity services.

• Coordinate log onboarding processes into Splunk, ensuring relevant security data is integrated correctly.

• Work with application owners, data engineers and security teams to enable new use cases.

• Improve operational workflows using ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.

• Support cybersecurity PMO activities, including governance meetings, RAID logs and reporting.

• Coordinate activities across EMEA, NAFTA and APAC teams to ensure transparency and alignment.

🎯 What are we looking for?

• Experience in cybersecurity operations, PMO, IT service management or product ownership roles.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.

• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with Splunk or log management processes is highly valued.

• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and document processes clearly.

• Fluent English.

📍 Location: 100% Remote from Spain (Must reside in Spain)
