Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Collibra Data Quality scorecards, including rules, thresholds, and monitoring metrics.
Define data profiling approaches and data quality controls aligned with business needs.
Work with data owners and stewards to translate requirements into practical data quality checks.
Act as Product Owner for the data quality capability, supporting backlog prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
Contribute to roadmap planning and effort estimation related to new data quality initiatives.
Run knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops to help internal teams understand and maintain scorecards.
Prepare documentation and guidelines that enable teams to manage the solution independently.
Provide occasional platform support, such as configuration adjustments or troubleshooting.

You will join a data governance and data quality initiative focused on improving how data quality is monitored across the organization using Collibra Data Quality. The role combines product ownership with hands-on work around defining and implementing data quality scorecards. You will collaborate with data owners, stewards, and technical teams to build practical controls that support reliable data and can be maintained by internal teams over time. The position also includes helping shape the direction of the data quality capability, including prioritization and effort estimation. The project is delivered within a distributed data governance program, and consultants must be located within the EU due to regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement Collibra Data Quality scorecards, including rules, thresholds, and monitoring metrics.
  • Define data profiling approaches and data quality controls aligned with business needs.
  • Work with data owners and stewards to translate requirements into practical data quality checks.
  • Act as Product Owner for the data quality capability, supporting backlog prioritization and stakeholder alignment.

About You

  • Solid experience working with Collibra Data Quality, especially building or configuring data quality scorecards.
  • Strong understanding of data profiling, data quality rules, thresholds, and monitoring metrics.
  • Experience working within data governance environments alongside data owners and stewards.
  • Ability to train and support business and technical users.
  • Experience acting in a Product Owner or similar coordination role, including backlog prioritization.
  • Familiarity with cost estimation or pricing models related to platform capabilities or services.
  • Comfortable working in large enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders.

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of Collibra Data Catalog or metadata management tools.
  • Experience with Power BI or other tools used to visualize data quality metrics.
