Mid-Level Unity Game Developer

We're hiring!

GRANDFLEET is looking for a Mid-Level Unity Game Developer.

You'll be involved from the early concept phase or continue working on an ongoing project. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows Unity inside and out, has shipped games before, and is confident working independently in a fully remote environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead Unity development across all stages — prototype to polished mobile build
• Build core gameplay systems, UI, animations, and mechanics
• Optimize performance & maintain clean, well-structured, and scalable code

• Build a working prototype within an agreed timeframe

What We're Looking For:

• Mid-level experience with Unity game development
• At least one published game on the Google Play Store or equivalent
• Strong command of Unity's full ecosystem

Compensation: Starting from 50,000 BDT/month, based on experience
