Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure alignment between business needs and analytics solutions.
- Develop and optimize data transformations and semantic models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Work closely with Data Engineering and IT teams to ensure reliable and well-structured data sources.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and provide actionable insights to support business initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, identify discrepancies, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Support cross-functional initiatives, including process improvement and operational reporting.
- Work independently and deliver high-quality results within established timelines.
