Job Description

Savannah River National Laboratory (SRNL) is seeking an HRIS Reporting Analyst for Oracle HR/HCM modules. This position consults with business process owners and subject matter experts to configure system modules, to implement business process solutions, to manage projects, to provide end user training, and to ensure compliance with data regulations and security protocols. Please highlight your ORACLE HCM experience within your application. This position reports to the HRIS Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to provide actionable insights to HR and other departments. Create custom reports, dashboards and metrics as needed.
  • Data Management: Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Visualization: Creating and editing visual content including maps, charts, and graphs.
  • User Support: Provide support to HRIS users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training to ensure efficient use of the system.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and process workflows.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HRIS functionality and streamline HR operations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes and best practices, including data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA + 4-6 yrs of relevant experience or Master's Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • For ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, US Citizenship is Legally Required
  • Proficient in Oracle HCM cloud reports including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI publisher and HCM Extracts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in DOE or National Laboratory
  • Active DOE Clearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
  • Preferred SQL knowledge
  • Preferred Microsoft Power BI knowledge
