The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in Homes By WestBay & Casa Fresca Homes’ growing Sales & Marketing Department and is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the implementation of marketing and communication strategies.
Expectations And Essential Duties
- Prepare and update sales materials and web content while ensuring all assets adhere to Casa Fresca brand standards.
- Assist in the management and organization of Casa Fresca Homes’ digital library of photography, videos, renderings, floorplans, and marketing collateral.
- Support the coordination and ordering of community marketing assets including signage, flags, directional signage, sales center materials, and printed collateral.
- Assist Marketing Managers in coordinating photography, videography, and creative asset production for new communities, model homes, and inventory homes.
- Complete projects within set deadlines while maintaining strong communication with the marketing team, sales teams, vendors, and agency partners.
- Assist with quality control checks for accuracy across all consumer-facing materials including website listings, photography, pricing, promotional materials, and sales collateral.
- Assist Marketing Managers in coordinating community events such as model grand openings, broker events, and promotional activations.
- Conduct periodic audits of community marketing materials to ensure signage, collateral, and marketing displays remain accurate and up to date.
- Support the Director of Marketing and Marketing Managers on special marketing projects and initiatives as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or any related arts or sciences field
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to work independently and take ownership over projects
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) knowledge a plus

- This is an on-site position based in Riverview, FL area and will require relocation if you are not currently located in the area.
