Job Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate should have 10+ years deep expertise in Google Dialogflow ES/CX, GCP, NLP/NLU, and the broader chatbot ecosystem.
• Candidate should have experience to Build and maintain conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow ES/CX, designing flows, intents, entities, and fulfillment.
• Candidate should be able to Develop middleware, backend services, and APIs (often with Python) to integrate enterprise systems.

• Candidate should have experience to Configure and manage Playbooks, Data Stores, and RAG components.

• Testing & Analytics: Implement logging, monitoring, analytics, and automated testing.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
