What We’re Seeking:

5280 Brands is looking for a contract Graphic Designer to support our retention marketing team for approximately three months. This role will focus primarily on email design for two established cannabis brands—R&R CBD and Summit—but may extend to additional design items.

You’ll work within our existing email design system and brand guidelines to produce clean, conversion-focused creative for campaigns and automated flows. This role is ideal for a designer who works quickly, communicates clearly, and is comfortable executing within established brand systems.

You will work within our internal systems, including Slack, Asana, Google Drive, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite, to collaborate with team members, manage projects, and deliver high-quality creative assets.

This is a remote contractor role on retainer for approximately 20–30 hours per week. You’ll collaborate closely with our retention marketing and creative teams to deliver polished assets on a consistent cadence.

What You’ll Do:

Design Email Campaigns and Flow Assets: Create on-brand, conversion-focused email designs for both automated lifecycle flows and one-off campaigns using our existing email design system.

Design Social Creative: Produce simple, effective visual assets that support social campaigns and align with email and broader campaign messaging.

Execute Within Brand Systems: Follow established brand guidelines and design frameworks to ensure consistency across both brands.

Collaborate With the Retention Team: Work closely with the retention marketing team to deliver assets on schedule and support ongoing campaign launches.

Contract Details:

• 3-month contract (with potential extension).
• 20–30 hours per week on retainer.
• Fully remote.

Comfortable Working in Collaborative Systems: You’re experienced working within modern team environments and will operate inside our internal tools including Slack, Asana, Google Drive, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite to collaborate with team members, manage projects, and deliver high-quality creative assets efficiently.
