Key Responsibilities
Designing and implementing trendsetting development journeys and programs for strategic focus groups, aligned with our Talent Management approach “SysmexGrow”
Creating a forward-thinking EMEA learning landscape with a strong focus on employee experience, collaborative learning, and continuous upskilling
Expanding the L&D portfolio with on-the-job and collaborative learning approaches to drive life-long learning
Advising stakeholders across functions and hierarchy levels on EMEA-wide learning needs, learning architecture, and development strategies
Driving regional synergies to enhance the quality, scalability, and cost efficiency of L&D initiatives
Implementing collaboration and communication strategies to engage stakeholders and ensure successful program adoption
Establishing transparency and evaluation mechanisms to track learning activities, costs, and outcomes
Developing Employee Engagement initiatives to further strengthen our Employer Value Proposition
Collaborating closely with the EMEA Talent Journey Team to ensure alignment across Performance, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employer Branding

Learning & Development Manager (f/m/x) EMEA People & Culture Development


Your responsibilities

As a Learning & Development Manager (f/m/x) in our EMEA People & Culture Development Center of Expertise, you design strategic development concepts and future-ready learning journeys that enable our employees and leaders to grow. You act as a strategic partner for our business and local Human Resources Teams in our more than 30 affiliates, shaping our EMEA Campus landscape and scalable development initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:


  • Designing and implementing trendsetting development journeys and programs for strategic focus groups, aligned with our Talent Management approach “SysmexGrow”
  • Creating a forward-thinking EMEA learning landscape with a strong focus on employee experience, collaborative learning, and continuous upskilling

Your profile

You will thrive in this role if you are a strategic thinker with a strong conceptual mindset and passion for shaping learning and development at scale. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths:


  • A degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
  • At least 4 years of experience in a comparable L&D or Talent Development role in a multinational environment
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and communication skills with a senior, consultative mindset
  • Experience with modern learning concepts and collaborative learning approaches; trainer qualification is a plus
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for shaping People & Culture in an international environment
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); Hamburg-based role
