We're looking for a freelance web designer and Webflow developer to join our project roster on a per-project basis, starting at 1–2 projects per month.

What you'll be doing
You'll own the web design process end to end. Our clients go through a full brand identity process with us — logos, color palettes, typography, visual language, the whole system — and your job is to take that brand and bring it to life on the web. That means going from strategy and wireframes in Figma all the way through to a polished, functional Webflow build.

What we're looking for
• Strong web design skills in Figma — you can wireframe, design, and present a site before a single line of code is written
• Solid Webflow development experience — you know the platform well and don't need handholding
• The ability to interpret a brand identity system and translate it faithfully into a web experience
• Comfortable with Webflow CMS, animations, and custom interactions
• Attention to detail that matches the quality of the brands you'll be working with
• Ability to read and understand briefs and project materials written in English (all internal meetings and day-to-day communication are in Portuguese)
• Good communication and reliable turnaround times
