We are looking for a Vice President / Head of Sales who can lead our global sales initiatives with strong expertise in IBM technology solutions and enterprise integration services.

Role Overview

The VP / Head of Sales will drive strategic revenue growth, lead enterprise sales initiatives, and expand our presence in global markets. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in B2B technology sales, IBM solutions, system integration services, and enterprise account management.

This leader will work closely with the executive team, lead internal sales teams, and engage directly with clients to position our capabilities and acquire new enterprise logos globally.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Define and execute global sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through enterprise technology sales and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and expand the company’s presence across domestic and international markets.

IBM Technology Sales & Solution Positioning

  • Lead sales initiatives focused on IBM technologies and enterprise solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of IBM platforms such as integration, automation, middleware, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to design high-value client solutions.

Enterprise Business Development

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new logo acquisitions across global markets.
  • Engage with CXOs and senior decision-makers in enterprise organizations.
  • Lead large deal pursuits and strategic client negotiations.

Client Engagement

  • Participate in high-value client discussions and presentations.
  • Clearly articulate company capabilities, strengths, and value proposition.
  • Establish long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers.

Sales Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor internal sales and business development teams.
  • Establish revenue targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Build a high-performing sales culture focused on growth and innovation.

Required Experience

  • 17+ years of experience in enterprise B2B technology sales or IT services sales.
  • Proven success in selling IBM technologies, enterprise solutions, or integration services.
  • Strong experience in system integration and technology consulting sales.
  • Track record of closing large enterprise deals and acquiring new logos globally.
  • Experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with or selling IBM technology platforms and ecosystem solutions.
  • Exposure to global markets such as US, Europe, or Middle East.
  • Experience in digital transformation, middleware, enterprise integration, or cloud technologies.
