Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a Creative Content & Design Specialist to lead content creation and visual storytelling for social media. This part-time, remote role combines content strategy, hands-on design, and short-form video creativity to enhance brand awareness and drive conversions.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Plan, write, and publish engaging content for TikTok and Instagram

• Design eye-catching assets using Figma (ads, carousels, stories, etc.)

• Create & optimize social media ads (IG + TikTok) for reach and performance

• Stay on top of trends and adapt content accordingly

• Maintain a consistent voice and brand style across all channels

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Fluent English communication (written and spoken) – C2 level

• Proven experience creating short-form content for TikTok and Instagram

• Strong design skills in Figma

• Knowledge of running and optimizing paid ads on social media

• Detail-oriented with a proactive, creative mindset

• Stable internet for remote work

Preferred Skills:

• Video editing skills with CapCut or similar tools

• Basic familiarity with social media analytics & performance tracking

Personality:
