• Refine Repository structure

• Enforce Drift detection and auditability
• Provide required documentation
• Design and implement Amazon Connect v3 voicemail flows, including after-hours, no-agent-available handling, secure storage, and notification/reporting integration.
• Implement claims-based intelligent call routing using DynamoDB, enabling dynamic queue selection and business rules driven by claim attributes and metadata.
• Configure and optimize Amazon Connect routing profiles, mapped from existing RingCentral roles, queues, and skill structures to ensure functional parity and improved efficiency.
• Implement and validate Direct Extension Dialing (DED), including user/extension mapping, security controls, repeatable configuration processes, and operational documentation.
• Conduct a current-state Amazon Connect review and provide best-practice guidance, covering contact flows, dashboards, reporting, governance, and a phased roadmap for business enablement and future capability enhancements.
