About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day HR operations with a strong operational focus, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring seamless HR processes. The Human Resources Generalist will serve as the first point of contact for routine HR inquiries, coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, manage payroll-related tasks, and assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth within a fast-paced environment, with standard business hours from Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree in human resources or a relevant field preferred
- Minimum of three years experience in HR coordination, HR operations, or related roles
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, with Paycom preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and compliance
- Knowledge of basic HR practices, payroll processes, and compliance standards
- High attention to detail and confidentiality in managing sensitive information
- Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving skills, and resilience under pressure
- Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including updates and changes

- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth employee transitions
- Coordinate with IT and HRIS teams to ensure timely system setup, access, and data accuracy for new hires and separations
- Run payroll reports, reconcile discrepancies, address employee inquiries, and prepare necessary documentation
- Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers regarding routine HR questions related to payroll, benefits, and leaves
- Assist with monitoring and tracking various employee leaves, including FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leaves, and coordinate related documentation
- Maintain compliance by preparing reports for audits, client questionnaires, and RFPs
- Ensure data integrity by updating employee information in HRIS and generating reports as needed
- Support HR Business Partners in managing employee relations, investigations, counseling, and corrective actions
- Oversee the hiring requisition workflow, verify approvals, and ensure compensation aligns with company standards
- Assist in coordinating performance management activities, ensuring timelines and expectations are communicated effectively
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and recognition programs
- Monitor the completion of mandatory training and compliance requirements, ensuring timely completion
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support HR operations and organizational goals
