We are partnering with a leading advanced energy technology organization developing next-generation nuclear energy systems to hire a System Design Engineer supporting complex plant system design and integration activities.
This role supports the engineering team responsible for the design and integration of sodium processing and fluid handling systems within a large-scale advanced reactor program. The engineer will work closely with internal design teams and external equipment suppliers to ensure that system designs, analyses, and hardware integrations meet technical requirements, regulatory criteria, and overall plant design intent.
The position reports to the System Design Manager and plays a key role in coordinating system-level design development, vendor engineering activities, and integration of mechanical systems into the broader plant configuration.
This role is well suited for engineers experienced in thermal-fluid systems, nuclear or industrial process systems, or complex mechanical system integration within highly regulated engineering environments.
