The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in driving hiring success across Engineering and teams within the US. This role operates within Client’s global Talent Acquisition organization and partners closely with business leaders to develop and execute effective hiring strategies. It requires a high level of autonomy, strong stakeholder management, and a consultative approach to ensure high-quality, timely hires in a competitive market. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner helps shape hiring plans, advise on talent trends, and champion Client’s growth across these key regions

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Engineering, Product roles in the US and possibly LATAM region — from intake through offer.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and senior leaders to define needs, build strategies, and drive hiring outcomes.
• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source top talent and build diverse pipelines.
• Translate market research into actionable hiring strategies, including competitor insights, compensation trends, and talent availability.
• Own the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, smooth process flow, and alignment with Client’s brand.
• Strong experience leveraging AI tools and recruiting technology to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including interview process design, DEI initiatives, and talent analytics.
Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting, with strong experience supporting AI first SaaS organizations engineering, and product lines of business.
• Proven success leading to full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering roles across research and applied engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), large language models, data science workflows, and cloud-based ML infrastructure.
• Proven success recruiting within EMEA and LATAM regions, with a strong understanding of local talent markets.
• Skilled in leveraging advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical communities, Boolean searches) to identify and engage passive talent
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple roles with competing priorities.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders on hiring decisions, market insights, and strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to incorporate AI tools and technology into recruiting workflows.
• Demonstrated recruiting experience utilizing AI-driven platforms, including Paradox, HiredScore, and BrightHire, to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate engagement.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise-level ATS platforms.
