We’re seeking a proactive Cybersecurity / Security Engineer to protect and strengthen our IT systems, networks, and applications. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cybersecurity, risk management, and ensuring secure operations in a remote-first environment.

• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents and threats
• Perform vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis
• Implement and maintain security controls, firewalls, and access management systems
• Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with IT, network, and development teams to ensure secure system design
• Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain security documentation, reports, and incident logs

• Stay updated on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies

• 1–4 years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, or related IT roles
• Knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and system hardening
• Familiarity with security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, firewalls)
• Understanding of cloud security principles (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, GDPR)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
