We are urgently seeking experienced professionals for 4 short-term contract roles across development, quality assurance, and business analysis. These roles are 100% remote anywhere in Australia and require Australian citizenship and a current BASELINE security clearance.

Back End Developer (.NET, C#, SQL, Azure PaaS) – 2 positions

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust backend applications using .NET and C#
• Design, implement, and optimise SQL databases and queries
• Work with Azure PaaS services to deploy and manage cloud solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

Key Skills:

• Strong experience with .NET, C#, SQL, and Azure PaaS
• Understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Quality Engineer / Tester

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional, regression, API, and security testing for applications
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and strategies
• Participate in code reviews and monitor defects, reporting issues to stakeholders
• Support data and environment configuration for testing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution quality
• Mentor and guide junior team members on testing practices

Key Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in test execution, system integration testing, and quality engineering strategies
• Experience with automation frameworks and testing tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment

Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for applications and processes
• Design process workflows and future-state business solutions
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Create process maps, functional specifications, and user stories
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide insights based on data analysis
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Key Skills:

• Experience in business process analysis and requirements documentation
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work across multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
• Comfortable working fully remotely and independently
