Our teams collaborate with international partners to create engaging game experiences across multiple genres, including mobile and iGaming (casino and slot games).
As we scale, we are looking for an Art Director to lead our creative vision and elevate the artistic quality of our projects for global clients.
As the Art Director, you will own and drive the visual direction across multiple game projects, ensuring artistic excellence and consistency from concept to final delivery.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international clients, balancing creative vision, production efficiency, and business needs.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in game outsourcing and iGaming/slot production, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Define and lead the visual style across multiple game projects
- Ensure consistency and high quality across all assets (characters, environments, UI, animation, VFX)
- Establish clear art guidelines, references, and production standards
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary art team (2D, 3D, UI, animation)
- Provide hands-on feedback and elevate team capabilities
- Support hiring and scaling of the art team
