About the Role

This senior role focuses on leading AI solution strategy, architecture alignment, and end-to-end execution across complex enterprise environments. The AI Lab Solution Architect works cross-functionally with LLM scientists, platform architects, product architects, domain experts, and global stakeholders to design, scope, and deliver PoCs and production-grade AI systems. This role emphasizes solution ownership and delivery excellence, rather than direct people management of an AI team.

Responsibilities

• AI Solution Leadership
• Lead the design, scoping, and structuring of AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into end-to-end AI solution architectures.
• Define solution roadmaps from ideation → PoC → production deployment.
• Ensure alignment across modeling, data, engineering, platform, and infrastructure components.
• Technical Oversight & Architecture Governance
• Review and validate solution architectures, prototypes, and implementation plans.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
• Guide cross-functional teams across research, development, data pipelines, modeling, engineering, and deployment.
• Drive technical risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Partner with Solution Architects, Platform Architects, Domain Experts, and IT stakeholders.
• Work closely with global engineering, manufacturing, service, and enterprise platform teams.
• Align priorities, scope, dependencies, and measurable success metrics.
• Act as the primary solution owner across multiple stakeholder groups.

• End-to-End Delivery Management
• Lead the lifecycle of AI initiatives from concept validation to enterprise rollout.
• Drive execution planning, milestone tracking, and delivery accountability.
• Ensure high-quality and timely deployment of AI solutions.
• Communicate solution progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to business and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; OR equivalent industry experience.
• Strong experience delivering production AI/LLM systems in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading complex AI solution design and cross-functional delivery.
• Deep understanding of full AI lifecycle (requirements → exploration → data → modeling → engineering → infrastructure → deployment).
• Experience working in multi-region, cross-functional enterprise settings.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and structured problem-solving skills.

Required Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise AI infrastructure.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial AI applications.
• Experience managing large-scale AI solution portfolios or multi-stream AI programs.
