It transforms the Tangem Wallet into a full self-custodial payment account, allowing users to seamlessly move from storing value to spending it anywhere cards are accepted globally. About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the User Lifecycle and Growth domain of Tangem Pay.

You will own the experience that turns new users into active customers. This includes onboarding, KYC flows, activation journeys, lifecycle communication, and retention mechanics.

Your mission is to reduce onboarding friction, shorten verification time, improve conversion to first transaction, and drive repeat usage. The product is already live and scaling, so your work will directly impact real user metrics.


Key Responsibilities
  • Own the user lifecycle experience from onboarding to retention
  • Lead onboarding and KYC flows, including tiered verification
  • Optimize card ordering and activation journeys
  • Improve conversion from verification to first deposit and first transaction
  • Build retention and lifecycle growth mechanisms
  • Define communication logic including emails, push notifications, and in app messaging
  • Use data, funnel analysis, and experimentation to improve product performance


Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working with funnels and product metrics
  • Strong understanding of UX for consumer products
  • Experience with B2C fintech, crypto, or high growth consumer apps
  • Experience with onboarding and KYC flows (Sumsub, Onfido, or similar tools)
  • Technical enough to work closely with engineers and lead integrations
  • Experience with lifecycle communication tools such as push notifications or email campaigns 🚀
