Our firm is partnering with a large, privately held commercial construction organization headquartered in South Georgia that is experiencing significant growth and operational expansion.

We are seeking a Corporate Marketing Director to architect, lead, and scale a unified enterprise marketing function aligned with the company’s rapid growth trajectory.

As the organization accelerates toward $1B in revenue, marketing must evolve from tactical execution into a disciplined, strategic growth engine that strengthens brand equity, supports business development, elevates recruiting visibility, and reinforces a values-driven, safety-first culture.

What This Role Will Do:

Architect & Protect the Brand

  • Establish enterprise-wide brand standards across divisions and markets
  • Ensure consistency across proposals, executive presentations, prequalification materials, and digital platforms
  • Serve as brand steward while enabling growth and operational flexibility
  • Introduce formal standards, governance, and measurable performance metrics to ensure brand consistency and accountability across a decentralized operating environment

Enable Revenue & Market Expansion

  • Partner directly with Executive Leadership, Business Development, and Operations to align marketing strategy with enterprise revenue growth objectives
  • Support pursuits and key accounts
  • Strengthen proposal messaging and visual differentiation
  • Support entry into new geographies and verticals
  • Align marketing priorities with company growth initiatives and new service lines
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are directly tied to business development performance and measurable growth outcomes

Lead Field Storytelling & Content Capture

  • Maintain regular jobsite presence to capture authentic project, safety, and employee stories
  • Translate field activity into professional brand content (photo, video, written storytelling)
  • Ensure marketing reflects operational excellence and company culture
  • Operate effectively within a fast-paced, field-driven, multi-division environment

Strengthen Employer Brand & Recruiting Visibility

  • Partner with HR to elevate recruiting presence across skilled labor and leadership hiring
  • Support career fairs, digital visibility, and employment brand initiatives
  • Reinforce internal communications tied to culture, safety, and recognition
  • Align employer branding initiatives with talent acquisition strategy and workforce growth needs

Build Structure & Accountability

  • Lead and develop the marketing team
  • Establish standards, processes, workflows, and measurable KPIs
  • Oversee agency/vendor relationships and marketing budgets
  • Elevate executive presentations and enterprise communications
  • Build and scale the marketing function to support a multi-division, multi-market organization at a significant revenue scale

Ideal Background

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
  • 7+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Experience in commercial construction, industrial services, engineering, or B2B environments preferred
  • Experience supporting a ~$300M+ revenue, multi-division organization
  • Proven success in aligning marketing strategy with revenue growth and business development
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling a marketing function
  • Experience partnering directly with executive leadership
  • Experience supporting multi-market, multi-division operations
  • Ability to introduce structure, standards, and measurable accountability within a function

This role is based in Valdosta, GA with occasional field travel and a generous relocation stipend.
