Our firm is partnering with a large, privately held commercial construction organization headquartered in South Georgia that is experiencing significant growth and operational expansion.
We are seeking a Corporate Marketing Director to architect, lead, and scale a unified enterprise marketing function aligned with the company’s rapid growth trajectory.
As the organization accelerates toward $1B in revenue, marketing must evolve from tactical execution into a disciplined, strategic growth engine that strengthens brand equity, supports business development, elevates recruiting visibility, and reinforces a values-driven, safety-first culture.
What This Role Will Do:
Architect & Protect the Brand
- Establish enterprise-wide brand standards across divisions and markets
- Ensure consistency across proposals, executive presentations, prequalification materials, and digital platforms
- Serve as brand steward while enabling growth and operational flexibility
- Introduce formal standards, governance, and measurable performance metrics to ensure brand consistency and accountability across a decentralized operating environment

Enable Revenue & Market Expansion
- Partner directly with Executive Leadership, Business Development, and Operations to align marketing strategy with enterprise revenue growth objectives
- Support pursuits and key accounts
- Strengthen proposal messaging and visual differentiation
- Support entry into new geographies and verticals
- Align marketing priorities with company growth initiatives and new service lines
- Ensure marketing initiatives are directly tied to business development performance and measurable growth outcomes
Lead Field Storytelling & Content Capture
- Maintain regular jobsite presence to capture authentic project, safety, and employee stories
- Translate field activity into professional brand content (photo, video, written storytelling)
- Ensure marketing reflects operational excellence and company culture
- Operate effectively within a fast-paced, field-driven, multi-division environment

Strengthen Employer Brand & Recruiting Visibility
- Partner with HR to elevate recruiting presence across skilled labor and leadership hiring

- Align employer branding initiatives with talent acquisition strategy and workforce growth needs
Build Structure & Accountability
- Lead and develop the marketing team
- Establish standards, processes, workflows, and measurable KPIs
- Oversee agency/vendor relationships and marketing budgets
- Elevate executive presentations and enterprise communications
- Build and scale the marketing function to support a multi-division, multi-market organization at a significant revenue scale

Ideal Background
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field)
- 7+ years of marketing leadership experience
- Experience in commercial construction, industrial services, engineering, or B2B environments preferred
- Experience supporting a ~$300M+ revenue, multi-division organization
- Proven success in aligning marketing strategy with revenue growth and business development
- Demonstrated experience building or scaling a marketing function
- Experience partnering directly with executive leadership
- Experience supporting multi-market, multi-division operations
- Ability to introduce structure, standards, and measurable accountability within a function
This role is based in Valdosta, GA with occasional field travel and a generous relocation stipend.
