⏰ Schedule: 9-5 EST, Monday to Friday

Quality Checking & Creative Oversight
- Review onboarding creatives such as Pricing Pamphlet drafts, Landers, and website edits
- Ensure all deliverables follow SOP guidelines and design standards
- Provide feedback and approve drafts before client submission
Website Projects & Redesign
- Oversee website edit proposals and instructions
- Conduct final checks before website launch
- Manage website redesign projects following the Website Redesign SOP
- Communicate with the team through dedicated Slack channels

Design Team Coaching & Support
- Conduct regular meetings and coaching sessions with designers
- Provide constructive feedback on design execution and content
- Share training materials (Loom videos, presentations, guides)
- Assist with tasks when designers are absent
Task Monitoring & Team Management
- Track progress of onboarding and ongoing design tasks
- Monitor To-Do lists and follow up on urgent deliverables
- Delegate tasks effectively when needed
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the design team
Performance Evaluation
- Prepare monthly / quarterly performance evaluations
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager on team concerns
- Conduct annual performance reviews and improvement planning
Hiring & Training
- Help filter candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial interviews and recommend hires
- Train new designers during onboarding period
- Guide new hires in understanding and applying SOPs

✅ Minimum 2–3 years experience in Graphic Design / Web Design / Marketing Creatives
✅ Previous leadership or senior designer experience is highly preferred
✅ Strong skills in Canva and modern marketing design (ads, brochures, landing creatives)
✅ Experience in website editing / landing page builders (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels or similar)
✅ Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut or similar tools is a plus)
✅Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and branding consistency
✅Ability to quality check creatives and give clear, constructive feedback
✅Excellent task management and organizational skills
✅Ability to monitor multiple projects and meet deadlines
✅Strong communication and coaching skills for remote team collaboration
✅Experience in training or onboarding new designers is a big advantage
✅Ability to delegate tasks and ensure smooth team operations
✅High attention to detail and commitment to SOP compliance
