Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our Design team, focused on Growth, focusing on acquisition and activation funnels for customers and cleaners. This role reports to our Director of Design, and collaborates closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing.

Candidates should have a strong portfolio of case studies demonstrating their experience in shipping world-class growth digital products in cross-functional teams (landing/SEO pages, conversion funnels, activation and reactivation, lifecycle campaigns).

About You:

• You're a strategic thinker, and an expert in translating user behaviour into great user experiences
• You have a well-trained eye for great visual design execution, with a main focus on delivering great experiences and solving problems

Key Accountabilities:

• Influence strategic decisions, shape problem definition and drive discovery in collaboration with Product and Engineering
• Turn conceptual ideas into impactful solutions for millions of customers and cleaners
• Craft exceptional flows and experiences (refining information architecture, visual design, interaction and copy) to drive measurable improvements in conversion and activation
• Collaborate in writing specs, evolving processes and ensuring high-quality implementation
• Give and seek rigorous feedback, and continually evangelize good design standards
