Senior BI Analyst (Power BI) – Remote (Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire)

We are partnering with a growing manufacturer seeking a Senior BI Analyst to support the buildout and modernization of enterprise reporting. This role will play a critical part in improving data visibility across the business by developing scalable dashboards, enhancing reporting capabilities, and partnering directly with cross-functional stakeholders. Must be in EST or CST.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
• Translate legacy/manual reporting (primarily Excel-based) into automated, scalable BI solutions
• Partner directly with stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to identify, improve and automate visibility of data.
• Support reporting tied to a new data lake environment
• Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reporting structures

• Provide visibility into key business metrics through intuitive visualizations

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
• Advanced Power BI experience (required)
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience working with large datasets / data lakes
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience validating and reconciling data back to source systems
