We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET/Azure) to join our digital modernization team supporting a large-scale federal healthcare program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building modern, secure, and user-friendly portals leveraging ANGUALR, C#/.NET, Azure Native Features such as Azure Functions, AppServices, Azure Service Bus and the Azure native cloud capabilities. You’ll play a key role in shaping the AI-powered platform. This is a long term position which involves developing or enhancing AI-powered platform for federal, state government and healthcare enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications using Angular or similar frameworks.
- Build and maintain serverless back-end services using C# and .NET 8 Azure Functions to support API endpoints and business logic.
- Integrate front-end components with Azure API Management (APIM) and Azure Functions using secure REST APIs.
- Implement authentication and authorization with Microsoft Entra ID External using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and RBAC for multiple user personas (members, providers, administrators).
- Develop asynchronous workflows using Azure Service Bus (queues and topics) for decoupled processing and event-driven operations.
- Work closely with DevOps to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including automated testing, deployment, and environment promotion (Dev → QA → Prod).
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FedRAMP, and NIST 800-53 through secure coding, encrypted data handling, and vulnerability remediation.
- Monitor performance, reliability, and availability through Application Insights and Log Analytics Workspace (LAW) integrations.
- Participate in code reviews, threat modeling sessions, and quarterly security validation using SonarCloud (SAST) and OWASP ZAP (DAST).
Required Technical Skills
Frontend Development:
- Angular or similar frameworks, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3
- RESTful API consumption and integration patterns
Backend Development (.NET):
- C#, .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, Azure Functions (serverless architecture)
- API development, middleware configuration, and dependency injection
- Entity Framework Core for data access
Cloud & DevOps (Azure Ecosystem):
- Azure API Management (APIM)
- Azure SQL Database (with TDE, Always Encrypted, and Private Endpoints)
- Azure Service Bus (queues and topics)
- Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards), Git branching strategies
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Bicep / ARM templates)

Security & Compliance:

- Hands-on experience in DevSecOps pipelines and shift-left security testing
- Prior experience delivering government or healthcare web portals
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- 3+ years of experience with .NET/C# and Azure Cloud Services.
- Demonstrated success in delivering secure, scalable, and compliant web solutions.
