The Role
We are hiring an Automation Engineer to help build and own the internal automation systems that power our deal flow and investor engagement.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, data, and AI-driven workflows. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining complex automation processes that connect our core systems, structure internal data, and support communication with investors and founders. You will play a key role in building scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency and ensure reliable information flow across our platform.

- Design and manage multi-step automation workflows using n8n to support internal operations
- Build systems that connect and synchronize data across Supabase, Attio, and Airtable
- Develop structured workflows that process operational data, generate internal reports, and support activity tracking
- Implement AI-supported workflows that process unstructured inputs into structured outputs
- Ensure reliability across workflows through testing, monitoring, and error-handling logic
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate internal processes and improve operational efficiency
Profile
- 2–4 years experience in automation engineering, workflow architecture, or low-code development
- Strong experience building workflows in n8n or similar platforms (Make, Zapier, Retool, etc.)
- Comfortable working with APIs, JSON data structures, and workflow logic
- Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries (Supabase/PostgreSQL preferred)
- Familiarity with integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic within automated workflows
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on building reliable, scalable systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to take ownership of internal tooling and automation
