The team is operating in a 100% AI-assisted development environment, using modern AI coding tools (Claude and others) to accelerate development and deliver high-performance systems at speed.

We’re looking for engineers who not only have a strong foundation in modern web development (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js) but who are genuinely passionate about AI-driven software development and the emerging Agentic AI architecture model.

You’ll be working with a highly technical team focused on designing the right architecture, building rapidly, and pushing the boundaries of AI-assisted engineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Functional Activities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications across frontend and backend
• Experience in either –

• ML/Data & AI development OR
• Build scalable and responsive React / TypeScript interfaces
• Design and implement REST and WebSocket APIs

And

• Collaborate on AI-agent driven workflows and AI-first development pipelines
• Optimize performance, scalability, and user experience
• Integrate third-party services, AI systems, and APIs
• Write automated tests and maintain high code quality standards
• Contribute to architecture decisions and rapid product delivery
• Participate in code reviews and technical documentati

Required Knowledge & Experience

• 5+ years experience in full-stack web development OR ML/DATA side of Development
• Either Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Backend development experience using Node.js frameworks (NestJS preferred)

OR – Python/ML/AI experience

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Interest or experience working with AI coding tools (Claude, AI copilots, etc.)
• Passion for AI-driven development and agentic system architectures

Education & Certifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Relevant frontend or web development certifications are a plus
• Portfolio demonstrating React / web application projects preferred
• Exposure to AI development projects or experimentation with AI tools is highly valued
