UiPath Automation Security Specialist

• REMOTE anywhere in Mexico

Data Security

• Strong understanding of data security principles, including encryption, secure data transmission, and storage best practices.
• Experience implementing security controls within UiPath workflows and ensuring sensitive data is protected throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Knowledge of data classification, masking, and anonymization techniques.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for data-related vulnerabilities.

Identity Access Management (IAM)

• Experience configuring and managing user roles, permissions, and authentication mechanisms within UiPath Orchestrator and related systems.
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and integration with enterprise IAM solutions (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD).
• Ability to audit and review access logs, ensuring adherence to least privilege principles.
• Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes for BOT and human users in UiPath environments.

Compliance

• Understanding of regulatory requirements and their application to automation processes.
• Ability to design and document compliant workflows, maintaining audit trails and evidence for regulatory inspections.
• Experience with policy development, training, and enforcement for UiPath automation teams.

License Management

• Experience managing UiPath licenses, including allocation, renewal, and compliance monitoring.
• Ability to track usage metrics and optimize license distribution across bots and environments.

• Documenting incidents, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Target compensation: $30k/month to $50k/month per month in local currency (MXN).

You would be paid via local Mexican payroll, with all mandatory payroll processing, tax withholdings, and statutory benefits (such as social security and annual benefits) handled/ processed by the company.
