This is a financially independent, sustainable business, with a fully remote work force.

We are looking for expertise and hands on experience in packaging design, product/industrial design, print design projects (stuff that lives in your hands not on the web), and character design.

The Role

-This role requires significant experience designing across a variety of mediums for brands with strong personality.

-Ability to apply a consistent brand vision across packaging, merchandise, print materials, and beyond.

-Lead a team of designers

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience with physical product
• 3 years+ leadership experience
