Senior UI/UX Designer

🔎 What are we looking for?

A talented and creative UI/UX Designer with experience in design systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, advanced technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create exceptional user experiences.

✅ Experience in:

• Designing intuitive and attractive user interfaces for web applications, mobile apps, and dashboards (back-office)
• Developing and maintaining consistent and scalable design systems
• Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensure design consistency and quality
• Conducting user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed specifications to guide development
• Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design

✅ About the ideal candidate:

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Experience in interface design and design systems (important)
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Experience with Hotjar and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies
• English: C1 (MANDATORY)
