Job Responsibilities:
- Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, responding to inquiries, and performance tracking
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media and digital marketing performance
- Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, content optimization, and analytics monitoring
- Collect, organize, and report data related to digital engagement and lead generation
- Monitor and manage customer reviews, testimonials, and feedback documentation
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, file organization, and cross-team coordination
