Full-Stack Software Engineer

One of the companies we collaborate with at Joppy is looking for SOFTWARE ENGINEERS to join their team in Barcelona.

You will join the Expert Retention team, responsible for rewards, incentives, community, communication, and support the systems that keep experts active and engaged on the platform. This is a full-stack product engineering role. You’ll work across React, .NET, PostgreSQL, and AWS, building features used daily by our experts. You’ll also be expected to understand the business impact of what you build and use data to guide decisions. We are an AI-forward team. We expect engineers to use tools like Claude, Cursor, Codex, and MCPs as part of their daily workflow to move faster and build better.

Responsibilities

• Owning features end-to-end: design, implementation, release, and iteration
• Working with Product and Data to turn business goals into shipped solutions
• Using metrics and experiments to improve retention and engagement

This role directly reports to the Engineering Manager and is based in our Barcelona office.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional backend development experience
• Strong in .NET, PostgreSQL, and React
• Comfortable working with AWS, Docker, and GitHub
