The Human Resource Specialist reports to the COO & CEO as a single point of contact for all employees. The HRS is responsible for maintaining awareness of and engagement with new and existing employees.
Recruiting. Recruiting and qualifying candidates for open positions.
- Standardizes Job Descriptions and Posts Position Openings
- Uses Recruiter Lite Search for Target Qualifications
- Reviews Candidates in Pipeline for Minimum Qualifications
- Sets up Preliminary Interviews with Qualified Candidates
- Sets up 2nd Round Interviews with Respective Team(s)
- Discusses feedback with team and executives
- Develops, standardizes, and sends offers
- Fields candidate offer questions
- Receives and files signed employment agreements
On-boarding. Resource setup post-employment agreement.
- Notifies Payroll of New Employee, Location
- On-boards Employee to Health Insurance
- Ensures Employee Access to Employee Policies
- Setsup Employee in Google Workspace
- Administers Third Party Software Access
- Adds Employee to Appropriate Workspace Chats
- Adds Employee to Appropriate Calendar Recurring Events
- Organizes Employee Office Resources
- Ensures Employees Sign Equipment Release Form
- Receives and Approve PTO Requests
- Administers Benefits (401k) Program for Opt-in Employees
