Role: Systems Administrator (L2/L3) – Infrastructure Operations
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long term
Work Hours: Overlap with CST
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policy, and RBAC
- Administer Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint compliance
- Support Windows Server (2016–2022), DNS, DHCP, and file systems
- Manage VMware vSphere environments (VM provisioning, snapshots, troubleshooting)
- Handle network troubleshooting (VPN, VLANs, firewall rules, Fortinet/Cisco)
- Support security tools like Tanium, Zscaler, and endpoint encryption
- Monitor backups, patching, and system health
- Manage tickets, documentation, and escalation via ITSM tools

Requirements
- 5–8+ years of System Administration experience
- Strong expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
- Hands-on experience with VMware and Windows Server
- Familiarity with Zscaler, Tanium, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of networking (VPN, VLANs, firewalls)
- Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting
