AI/ML Scientist - Antibody and Biologic Modality Design (Contract)

Description

Help to drive antibody discovery through AI/ML with generative protein designs

Support biologic modalities with machine learning

Develop machine learning models to help with siRNA, PMO and conjugate designs

Additional Skills & Qualifications

PHd in Computational Chemistry, Biology or Chemical Engineering

2-3 years of experience in antibody design, characterization, and oligonucleotide chemistry

Understanding of deep learning models RNN, GNN, and generative AI

Use of machine learning for DNA, RNA, and proteins

Schedule

We are open to remote candidates, ideally within 1 hour to the Cambridge, MA offices for occasional onsite meetings

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cambridge, MA.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $51.00 - $58.00/hr.
