INTRODUCTION

The Product Design Guild at bonial is a close-knit group of 1 Lead and 3 designers working hand in hand with product managers, developers, and operational teams to create meaningful and seamless experiences for millions of users in France and Germany.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer (f/m/x), you will play a key role in shaping the strategic evolution of the kaufDA app — from discovery and product vision to high-fidelity, production-ready designs. You will drive complex design initiatives, elevate our design quality, and contribute actively to strengthening our design culture. Working mainly in Figma, you will also contribute to our design system and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across platforms

Your responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design projects from discovery to final implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes
  
  
  

Design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling interfaces for the kaufDA app in Figma

• Drive product discovery processes, facilitate workshops, and actively contribute to defining product strategy
• Translate research insights, user feedback, and data into clear design solutions and product improvements
• Own and evolve components within our design system, ensuring scalability and long-term consistency
• Act as a design quality advocate, ensuring excellence and coherence across touchpoints
  
  
  

Your profile:

• Extensive experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and/or app), with proven ownership of complex, end-to-end design projects
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including scalable component systems and design system governance

• Deep understanding of user-centered design, research methodologies, and data-informed iteration
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence presenting and defending design decisions
