  • You will line manage the Talent Manager and HR Generalist, with scope to shape and grow the People team over time.
  • You will own and continuously adapt People policies and frameworks, accepting that policies will need to be written, rewritten, and simplified as the company scales.

Global scaling and compliance

  • You will manage People operations across multiple countries, employment models, and cultures, working closely with external payroll, legal, and compliance providers.

  • You will support leaders in navigating different cultural norms and legal frameworks in a remote-first organisation,

Stakeholder management

  • You will partner closely with a strong, founder-led leadership team, translating ambiguous or shifting priorities into clear and practical People actions.
  • You will manage miscommunication and organisational friction constructively, bringing clarity without escalating tension.
  • You will handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment.

Remote-first culture

  • You will help build and maintain a strong remote-first culture across time zones and regions.
  • You will support managers in leading distributed teams effectively and consistently.

About you

  • You have at least 8 years of experience in senior People or HR roles within fast-growing companies.
  • You have experience in cybersecurity, hosting, SaaS, or adjacent technical and e-commerce environments.
  • You bring strong practical knowledge of global employment law, contractor models, payroll, and operational compliance.
  • You are comfortable working with external providers and navigating multiple jurisdictions.
  • You hold a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • You are resilient, pragmatic, and emotionally intelligent, and you perform well in founder-led environments with ambiguity and competing priorities.
  • You are hands-on, adaptable, and open-minded, with a genuine interest in learning and evolving working models as the business grows.
  • You have experience working in fully remote organisations and understand the realities of scaling remote culture.

Why join

  • You will play a key role in shaping and stabilising the People function of a rapidly scaling global tech company.
  • You will work closely with senior leadership and have meaningful influence on how the organisation grows and operates.
  • The role offers long-term scope and impact within a business that continues to expand globally.
