Job Description


We are hiring a Recruitment Manager โ€“ US Healthcare Staffing to lead end-to-end delivery for healthcare clients and manage a team of Sourcers and Recruiters focused on clinical and non-clinical roles.

This role requires deep understanding of US healthcare hiring, strong delivery ownership, and the ability to run a structured, KPI-driven recruiting function. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the full hiring lifecycle while ensuring high-quality candidate pipelines, compliance, and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

Healthcare Staffing Delivery Ownership

ยท Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles including intake, sourcing strategy, screening, submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding

ยท Manage hiring for roles such as:

o Director of Nursing (DON)

o Registered Nurses (RN)

o Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

o CRNA / Anesthesiologist

o Allied healthcare roles

ยท Ensure candidates meet licensure, certification, and compliance requirements (state licenses, board certifications, etc.)

ยท Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and healthcare networks

ยท Drive submission quality with complete documentation and candidate positioning

ยท Manage interview coordination, feedback loops, and candidate engagement through closure

ยท Drive offer closure, reduce drop-offs, and ensure joining assurance

Team Leadership & Delivery Management

ยท Lead and manage a team of 5โ€“10 healthcare sourcers and recruiters

ยท Own team performance, delivery metrics, and hiring outcomes

ยท Allocate requisitions and define weekly targets

ยท Coach team on:

o Healthcare terminology

o Licensing requirements

o Candidate screening frameworks

ยท Build SOPs and playbooks specific to healthcare hiring

ยท Handle escalations (candidate drop-offs, credential delays, client issues)

Pipeline Management & Compliance

ยท Ensure ATS discipline (Crelate preferred) with accurate candidate tracking

ยท Maintain compliance with healthcare hiring standards:

o Licenses

o Certifications

o Background checks

ยท Track pipeline through CRM tools (Pipedrive or similar)

ยท Run weekly delivery reviews and KPI tracking

ยท Ensure documentation meets client and regulatory requirements

Key Performance Metrics

ยท Requisition coverage and pipeline health

ยท Submission quality and volume

ยท Submission โ†’ Interview conversion

ยท Interview โ†’ Offer conversion

ยท Offer โ†’ Join / Start conversion

ยท Time-to-fill (critical in healthcare)

Required Skills & Qualifications

ยท 10โ€“12 years of experience in US healthcare staffing

ยท Strong experience hiring for clinical roles (RN, CNA, DON, CRNA, etc.)

ยท Experience managing recruiting teams

ยท Deep understanding of:

o Healthcare certifications & licensing

o US healthcare facilities (hospitals, SNFs, clinics)

ยท Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean, job boards)

ยท Experience working with ATS/CRM systems

ยท Ability to operate in a KPI-driven environment

ยท Comfortable with US timezone and in-office Hyderabad setup

Preferred Background
