As we expand, we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to help build and manage our HR function. This role will focus on recruiting, managing, and maintaining a strong pipeline of Virtual Assistants so that qualified talent is ready when new client opportunities arise.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
โข Manage full-cycle recruitment for Virtual Assistants and remote professionals
โข Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
โข Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Virtual Assistants
โข Coordinate onboarding and documentation processes
Virtual Assistant Pipeline Management
โข Maintain relationships with Virtual Assistants in the hiring pipeline
โข Ensure candidates remain engaged and available until client placement
โข Track candidate skills, availability, and readiness for deployment
โข Support preparation and guidance for Virtual Assistants prior to client assignments
Client Talent Matching
โข Work closely with leadership to understand client hiring needs

Required Qualifications
โข Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masterโs preferred)
โข Minimum 5 years of HR experience
โข Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance
โข Experience managing full-cycle recruitment
โข Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
