As we expand, we are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager to help build and manage our HR function. This role will focus on recruiting, managing, and maintaining a strong pipeline of Virtual Assistants so that qualified talent is ready when new client opportunities arise.

This is a key role within our company and ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, managing talent pipelines, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.


Key Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

โ€ข Manage full-cycle recruitment for Virtual Assistants and remote professionals

โ€ข Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates

โ€ข Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Virtual Assistants

โ€ข Coordinate onboarding and documentation processes

Virtual Assistant Pipeline Management

โ€ข Maintain relationships with Virtual Assistants in the hiring pipeline

โ€ข Ensure candidates remain engaged and available until client placement

โ€ข Track candidate skills, availability, and readiness for deployment

โ€ข Support preparation and guidance for Virtual Assistants prior to client assignments

Client Talent Matching

โ€ข Work closely with leadership to understand client hiring needs

โ€ข Identify and match suitable Virtual Assistants with client requirements

โ€ข Support smooth transitions when Virtual Assistants are assigned to client roles

HR Strategy & Organizational Development

โ€ข Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal frameworks

โ€ข Support workforce planning and organizational growth strategies

โ€ข Help build scalable HR systems and recruitment processes

Employee Relations & Engagement

โ€ข Manage communication and engagement with remote employees

โ€ข Handle employee relations and issue resolution

โ€ข Foster a positive and collaborative remote work culture

HR Operations & Compliance

โ€ข Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and employment regulations

โ€ข Maintain HR records, contracts, and documentation

โ€ข Support payroll coordination and benefits administration

HR Analytics & Reporting

โ€ข Track HR metrics related to hiring, pipeline strength, and retention

โ€ข Provide insights and reports to support leadership decisions


Required Qualifications

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masterโ€™s preferred)

โ€ข Minimum 5 years of HR experience

โ€ข Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance

โ€ข Experience managing full-cycle recruitment

โ€ข Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

โ€ข Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity


Preferred Qualifications

โ€ข SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification

โ€ข Experience working with remote teams

โ€ข Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment agencies

โ€ข Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR analytics
