Job Summary
We are seeking a Web Developer to design, build, and evolve reporting web applications that support both customer-facing and internal stakeholders. This role will focus on modernizing and maintaining reporting systems built on Blazor Server (.NET 8) and Razor Pages (.NET 4.8), deployed in Microsoft Azure App Services.
You will play a key role in delivering scalable, maintainable, and secure reporting solutions while helping drive automation and self-service capabilities that reduce manual effort and improve customer experience.

Essential Job Functions
Web Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting web applications using:
- Blazor Server (.NET 8) for modern reporting portals
- Razor Pages (.NET Framework 4.8) for state-level reporting systems
- Build responsive UI components using MudBlazor and Bootstrap frameworks.
- Develop clean, maintainable C# code following modern object-oriented design principles.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access patterns appropriate for regulated environments.
- Deploy and manage applications in Azure App Services.
- Collaborate on CI/CD processes and release pipelines to ensure stable and repeatable deployments.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize system reliability and scalability.
- Partner with operations, compliance, and customer-facing teams to gather reporting requirements.
- Design systems that reduce manual reporting workflows through automation and structured data access.
- Build reusable components and services that enable scalable self-service reporting capabilities.
- Improve data presentation, filtering, and export capabilities to support regulatory and business needs.

- Work closely with backend engineers, database teams, and infrastructure partners to ensure clean integration and data accuracy.
- Resolve escalated customer support issues related to reporting in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Identify technical debt and propose modernization strategies where appropriate.
- Improve development practices, testing approaches, and maintainability standards.
- Stay current on evolving .NET, Azure, and web UI technologies to inform long-term platform evolution.
Training and/or Experience
- 3–6+ years of professional experience in web application development.
- Strong experience with:
- C# and .NET development
- Blazor Server (.NET 8 preferred)
- Razor Pages / ASP.NET (.NET Framework 4.8)
- Experience deploying and managing applications in Microsoft Azure (App Services).
- Experience building responsive UI using MudBlazor and/or Bootstrap.
- Experience building reporting, dashboard, or data-driven web applications preferred.
- Gaming or regulated industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Conditions
Our studio is located in Raleigh, North Carolina. We're offering a lump sum payment to assist with relocation for out of states candidates.
This role is a hybrid structure with 3 days a week on-site required.
