Job Title: Remote Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Rate: $5.00 - $7.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, as well as managing social media to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Strong background in campaign management and social media marketing
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms)
• Knowledgeable in SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising strategies
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to trends and fast-paced changes

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, paid ads, and web)
• Manage and grow social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to improve ROI and overall effectiveness
• Create engaging marketing content such as captions, graphics briefs, and basic copy for ads, emails, and landing pages
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads)
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports with actionable insights

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
• Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
• Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
