Job Description


Texas GovLink, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has been a leading provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior full Stack. NET Developer to be a key resource on a technical services team.


Work Location:

100% Remote


The Developer/Programmer Analyst performs advanced analysis and programming work involving all technical aspects of designing, creating, testing, and maintaining software applications.

This position will work within the Architecture team to assist the development of TEA's Complaint Case Management System by providing the following Software Development Services:

1) Perform technical analysis by reviewing the user requirements and create design documents.

2) Perform coding adhering to TEA and industry standards, best practices, and customer requirements.

3) Perform testing verifying they match the requirements, including the creation of test data, test cases and test scripts.

4) Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required (i.e., design documents, process flows, object or data models, project plans, environment diagrams, test plans, etc.).

5)Collaborate with the project team for sprint/release work on tasks such as providing development effort estimates, discussing architecture and design, triaging, and resolving defects or issues in multiple environments and providing status on work assignments or issues.


Minimum Requirements:

8 years of:

  • Development of complex web apps with modern versions of .NET using MVC and APIs
  • Advanced SQL skills including data modeling and JSON manipulation in the database
  • Testing/coding skills for Unit testing, manual Dev Testing, and automated regression testing
  • Advanced JavaScript skills

5 years of:

  • Development using React JS

3 years of:

  • Creating and deploying containerized applications using Docker

1 year of:

  • Familiarity and experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI Coding assistants
  • Git concepts and commands


Preferred:

2 years of:

  • Experience with automation tools such as PowerAutomate
  • Experience with Hashicorp Nomad, Consult and Vault
  • Bitbucket, Jira

1 year of:

  • Consuming AI services programmatically
