Marketing Operations Specialist

Life Sciences & Healthcare | Remote (IST)


We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join a UK based Life Science company working in regulatory affairs domain. This is a fully remote position operating in the Indian Standard Time (IST) zone, ideal for professionals with a strong command of HubSpot and a background supporting marketing functions within the Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical sector.


About the Opportunity

As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will serve as the operational backbone of our marketing function — owning the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that enable our team to execute high-impact campaigns with precision and scale. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership to drive pipeline efficiency and measurable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and administer the HubSpot platform end to end — including workflows, sequences, forms, landing pages, and pipeline configuration
  • Design and manage lead lifecycle processes including lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and handoff to sales
  • Build, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable outcomes
  • Maintain CRM data integrity — managing segmentation, deduplication, field standardisation, and list hygiene
  • Develop and deliver performance dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure seamless lead management and pipeline visibility
  • Manage integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms including Salesforce, Zapier, and analytics tools
  • Apply domain understanding of Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharma to ensure campaigns and communications align with industry standards, compliance requirements, and HCP engagement norms


Required Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Management, or a closely related function
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise with HubSpot — Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Operations Hub
  • Prior experience working within or supporting the Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industry — including familiarity with HCP campaigns, regulatory considerations, or patient/provider marketing
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, demand generation, and revenue operations
  • Proficiency in campaign analytics, UTM tracking, A/B testing, and marketing attribution
  • Excellent attention to detail with a process-driven and documentation-first approach
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Revenue Operations, CRM Data Migration, or equivalent)
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau
  • Exposure to global marketing operations supporting UK, EU, or US markets
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to pharma and healthcare marketing (ABPI, GDPR, etc.)
