Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to cover a part time role for up to three months initially. Role is fully remote and based on 25 hours per week / 5 per day. Pay is £33 per hour (via Umbrella).
Description:
Campaign Planning & Setup
• Support end-to-end campaign setup including:
o Loading campaigns for briefing and approval using Workfront
o Ensuring campaign details, timelines, and deliverables are accurately captured
o Setting up SFDC campaign tracking
o Uploading and managing supporting documentation and assets
• Coordinate campaign build activities in line with established campaign planning processes.
Creative Briefing & Asset Management
• Prepare and submit creative briefs for campaign assets (email, paid social, organic social, banners,
landing pages).
• Manage the flow of creative content assets:
o Track asset status and feedback cycles
o Ensure correct versions are shared and approved
o Organise assets for handover to paid media and social teams

• Liaise with internal creative, design, and content teams to keep work on track.
Paid Media Support
• Support planning and execution of paid social campaigns, working closely with the Paid Media team:
o Assist with campaign briefs, timelines, and asset readiness
o Ensure paid assets are delivered on time and aligned to campaign goals
Organic Social Media Support
• Management of organic social planning and scheduling in line with campaign timelines.
• Assist with:
o Drafting and coordinating post copy
o Scheduling posts via agreed social tool Amplify
o Managing content calendars for Audience Solutions campaigns
Campaign Execution & Coordination
• Act as a central point of coordination for day-to-day campaign execution tasks, with autonomy
• Track progress against timelines and flag risks or delays early
• Support campaign launches and post-launch checks across channels
• Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, assets, and approvals through campaign planning and tracking via PPT and Excel

Skills & Experience
Essential
• Experience supporting B2B field marketing campaigns at pace
• Hands-on experience with campaign management tools (e.g. Workfront or similar).
• Familiarity with paid social media (LinkedIn preferred) and organic social execution.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders across marketing functions.
Desirable
• Experience working in a matrixed marketing organisation.
• Exposure to Audience Solutions, advertising, or solutions-based marketing.
• Basic understanding of campaign performance metrics and reporting.
