- The IT Department is responsible for managing and supporting all technology systems within MRH. Its primary goal is to ensure the secure, efficient, and compliant operation of digital infrastructure that supports clinical, administrative, and operational functions. The department works closely with clinical and administrative staff to optimize workflows, integrate new technologies, manage data analytics, and support decision-making processes. It also oversees software updates, cybersecurity measures, system interoperability, and the procurement of IT equipment and services.

- The Information Services (IS) Director is responsible for the overall operations of the Information Services department. The IS Director oversees and manages the organization's total technology infrastructure, IT strategy, and overall staff management.
- A minimum of 5 consecutive years in a management role with proven leadership abilities and experience of managing various diverse IT-related staff such as Clinical and Financial Analysts, Hardware and Infrastructure analysts and technicians, as well as project managers and Healthcare Computerized Information Systems. A broad background of Network technologies.
- Must be knowledgeable of network infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and software development in a healthcare environment.
- Fundamental knowledge on system design, documentation procedures, policy creation, data analysis tools and acumen for Information processing activities.
